Due to the special product formulation and additives, they cover a large service temperature range, offer good anticorrosion properties, and in many cases can even be used for lifetime lubrication of sintered metal plain bearings. Application: The product is used for sintered metal plain bearings in precision, automotive, electrical engineering and household appliances. Application notes: Klübersynth DB oils are applied in a vacuum immersion process to fill the pores of sintered metal plain bearings. In the case of Klübersynth DB 2-68, the lubricant can be made visible by means of an UV lamp. When using an additional lubricant such as MIKROZELLA GDB 2-68, the service life of the bearing can be clearly extended.
