Due to the special product formulation it covers a wide temperature range and can even be used for the lifetime lubrication of sintered metal plain bearings. Application UNISILKON TK 055 is intended for use in sintered metal plain bearings in precision engineering, electrical engineering and household appliances. Application notes UNISILKON TK 055 is applied in a vacuum immersion process to fill the pores of sintered metal plain bearings. To extend the service life of the bearings, an additional plastic oil reservoir, e.g. MIKROZELLA GTK 055, can be applied by means of conventional metering systems. Prior to series application we recommend checking if the metering system to be used is suitable for MIKROZELLA GTK 055. Minimum shelf life The minimum shelf life is approx. 60 months if the product is stored in its unopened original container in a dry, frost-free place.
