It is free from heavy metals and chlorine. This product is resistant to water, offers good wear and corrosion protection, a high load-carrying capacity and very good adhesion properties. Application Klüberplex BE 11-462 is designed for the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings as well as for slideways and guideways within a wide temperature range. It is particularly suitable for use as a multi-purpose grease in the base material industry, for lubrication points exposed to high loads in the iron and steel industry as well as for the long-term lubrication of construction machines and earth movers. Application notes Klüberplex BE 11-462 can be applied by grease gun, brush or spatula or via automatic lubrication systems. Service temperature range Klüberplex BE 11-462 can be used at temperatures between -15 °C and 150 °C. In the case of total loss lubrication, temperatures up to approx. 200 °C are possible, depending on the relubrication intervals. The values indicated are approximate values depending on the lubricant’s composition, the intended use and application technique. Storage The storage time is approx. 3 years if the product is stored at room temperature in a dry room and in the original closed container.
